Todd Hicks is a passionate and enthusiastic entrepreneur and leader. Todd has a real driving vision to mentor and have a positive effect on as many lives as possible. "I feel my purpose is to impact others and to help change the outcome of their lives in a positive way." He has dedicated his efforts to help others reach their goals and find their full potential and purpose in life.
Todd is the President and founder of Allegiance Retirement Solutions, Inc. a wealth management company with two office locations in metro Atlanta. The firm has eight associates, with a focus on wealth management, retirement coaching and legacy planning. He acts as the senior Wealth Manager and the acting Principal of the firm.
Todd has spent his entire career serving others in the financial services industry. With over 26 years of experience, Todd brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. With his commitment to honesty, integrity and his straight forward approach, he has coached thousands of individuals and families to see their financial dreams become reality.
As a way of giving back, he and his wife Teresa are directors for the Life Enrichment Boot Camp and the Marriage Boot Camp in Atlanta. They are also the founders of Angel's Touch, Inc. a charity that reaches out to help fulfill needs of individuals and families that are in need of a special touch.
His personal time is spent enjoying nature whether it be fly-fishing, bow hunting or horseback riding and just soaking in the peace and tranquility of God's creation. A real passion is spending time with friends and family at their cabin in the Blue Ridge mountains of North Georgia.
Annette Walters
Vice President /Managing Partner
Registered Representative, LPL Financial Investment Advisor Representative, LPL Financial Annette Walters is Managing Partner/Vice President of Allegiance Retirement Solutions, Inc. and has 15 years experience in the financial industry. Her purpose in life is to reach out and touch others by helping make a positive impact on their life through her knowledge and integrity to work toward achieving their retirement planning goals with sound financial information and services. Everyone’s economic and life situation is unique, and she keeps that in mind when providing financial information. She believes that it’s all about a personal relationship with her clients to get to know them, their financial needs and is dedicated to help build a financial plan focused on their specific needs. Once your custom-tailored financial plan is in place, we will continue working together to review achievements against your stated goals. As a way of giving back she is President and Founder of the Mitchell Chase Jones Foundation, Inc. a charity to help educate and promote drug awareness to middle and high school students in memory of her beloved son Chase Jones. In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with her family and son Casey, running, outdoor activities and reading. She has lived in Johns Creek, Georgia for 12 years. Elizabeth Beebe
Director of Operations and Scheduling Elizabeth has been with Allegiance Retirement Solutions since 1995. For over 16 years she is still enthusiastic about helping and working with clients in making sure they keep their reviews and goals on task by making regular appointments with our Advisors so that we can make sure their portfolio’s, 401-k and retirement goals are reviewed on a regular basis to continue to help meet their needs, concerns and preserve their wealth in retirement. Elizabeth also handles the day to day Operations for the company.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and new granddaughter. She also enjoys going to church, exercising, and her latest goal is find a different place every year to travel and learn new places and cultures! Jodi Yang
Director of Client Service
Jodi has been in the financial services industry since 2006. She graduated from North Carolina State University with a Business Management degree with a concentration in Finance. She currently holds a series 6, 7, and 63 registrations through LPL Financial. On a daily basis, Jodi assists Todd and handles client services in the office. During her spare time, Jodi likes to spend time with her family and friends, travel, read, and take long walks with her husband and 3 dogs.
Renora Orr
Client Service Manager
Renora has been in the financial industry since 1999 and holds a Series 7 and 63 registrations through LPL Financial. She is currently obtaining her Bachelors degree in Finance with an emphasis on Accounting. Her primary role is to ensure a seamless client experience in the day-to-day operations of client service. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and writing.
